Abstract: This article takes the Eastern Tai Chi training
system and the Western fascia science theory as the core, and combines sports
medicine, rehabilitation science, neuromuscular control, geriatrics and chronic
disease intervention research to construct a comprehensive rehabilitation model
suitable for the middle-aged and elderly population. Research has found that
the spiral movement, center of gravity shift, breathing coordination and fascia
tension transmission mechanism in Tai Chi training are highly compatible, which
can improve the balance ability, gait stability, joint flexibility and neural
reflex function of middle-aged and elderly people. This paper proposes a
four-in-one rehabilitation model of "fascia - nerve - respiration -
balance" and explores the application of the AI intelligent rehabilitation
system in the future. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.51505/ijmshr.2026.10410 |
